Added 'node --test tests/*.test.ts' to the lint-frontend target to ensure
frontend unit tests are run as part of the CI/quality checks workflow.
This ensures:
- Math formula normalization tests run before build
- Tests are validated alongside linting and type checking
- All 19 frontend tests pass before deployment
