* feat: add Novita AI as optional LLM provider

Adds Novita AI (https://novita.ai) as an optional, OpenAI-compatible
LLM provider. 

Changes:
- Added Novita model configuration example in config.example.yaml
- Added NOVITA_API_KEY to .env.example

Usage: Set NOVITA_API_KEY in your environment and use novita-gpt-4
as the model name.
