fix: 数据看板时区统一为 Asia/Shanghai + 订单列表支付方式显示修复

- dashboard API 日期计算和 SQL GROUP BY 统一使用东八区，避免 UTC 服务器上"今日"统计偏移
- OrderTable 支付方式显示支持 stripe/wechat/alipay 三种，修复 stripe 误显为微信支付
