fix: 修复Service清理逻辑 - 保留已实现的Service 🔧

 根本原因:
- cleanupOldGeneratedFiles()会删除整个services目录
- 即使isServiceImplemented()检测逻辑正确,Service也会被先删除
- 导致无法保护已实现的Service

 修复方案:
- 从清理列表中移除'services'目录
- Service生成器的isServiceImplemented()负责判断是否覆盖
- 已实现的Service会被跳过,TODO占位符会被覆盖

🎯 效果:
- 手动实现的LoginService/SysUserService不会被删除 
- 新生成的Service正常创建 
- 完全自动化,无需手动干预
